What we collect
The only information we collect directly is what you send through the Request a Quote form: your name, agency or company, email address, phone number (optional), scope of work, timeline (optional), and any file you attach. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
Form submissions are used to respond to your request and to prepare a quote. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Spam screening
Form submissions are checked by the Akismet anti-spam service. Akismet receives the submitted content, your IP address, and browser user agent. Its privacy notice is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/.
Who we share it with
Submissions are sent by our website host, Namecheap, Inc. (EasyWP), to our business email, which is hosted by Google (Google Workspace). Copies live in that mailbox and in the website’s form log on the host’s servers. We share information with no one else unless required by law.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for up to three years after our last contact with you, or longer where a submission becomes part of a proposal or contract record. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time.
Cookies and embedded content
This site does not set cookies for visitors and does not embed content from other websites. There is no analytics tracking.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing dcuthbert@goapexfac.com. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act; requests are handled through the same address.
Children
This site is intended for procurement and business contacts and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated.
